Can I still travel if you don't put our middle name

You are able to travel if your name and surname are correct as your passport or ID card because middle name is not required.

Can I change the flight date/flight route after booking the ticket?

You can change the flight /destination according to the regulations and condition of ticket before departure time. 

You can be charged the rebooking/rerouting fee and the difference price according to the regulations and condition.

How can I check my booking status on your website

If you booked the ticket through our website, you can check the booking status by entering your booking ref/E-ticket number and the registering email to the Manage Booking page on our website.

How can I order special meal before flying

After booking the ticket, you can contact us through email reservations@flythaismiles.com to order the meal.

How can I request for wheelchair service

Passengers who would like to request wheelchair, please kindly contact our Smile Call Center 02-118-8888 or 1181 at least 48 hours before flight departure. If there is no advanced request, passengers may not receive the special service immediately after being present at the airport.

How many baggage allowance for the flight Bangkok - Samui?

The checked baggage policy will be as follows:

If my name in the passport is wrong, how can I revise it

You are able to revise within 3 characters without additional fee. However, passenger must be able to identify that is the same passenger.

How can I purchase the prepaid baggage

If you would like to purchase the prepaid baggage, please contact us by email to reservations@flythaismiles.com  and we will quote you.

Can bring my pet / small dog (poodle) to flying with me

The Company reserves the right not to allow the passenger to bring any pet on board in any case except for the pet which has been trained to take care of disable person.

When will I be able to check-in online

Internet check-in is available from 24 hours up to 2 hours before flight departure time.

Can infant (under 2 years old) be on board

Infant passengers under 2 years can travel with THAI Smile but they must be accompanied by an adult. The infant’s age must be at least 7 days old and not exceed 2 years of age.

Can I buy tickets for other persons using my credit card

Yes, you can buy a ticket for your family members or another person, without accompanying by them
